How does it work?

Once you have purchased your Online Colour Analysis you will receive an email with instructions how to take and upload your pictures, a questionnaire and any extra information I need to complete your analysis. (Please check junk mail folder if you cannot see anything in your inbox and contact me if you don't receive the email within 24hours after your purchase).

Analysing via photos: is it reliable?

An online colour analysis is very accurate with correctly taken photos. You will receive detailed instructions to take your photo correctly. You don’t need photographer skills or a professional camera. The perfect photo can be taken from your mobile phone with good natural daylight. The same method is used for online and in-person analysis: comparative/draping for 12 seasonal method to find the colours that best match your features. No zoom meeting is required for analysis.

How long does it take to get my results?

Report will be emailed directly to your inbox in 3-5 business days, often quicker where possible.

Please note I will be on leave from 01/09/2024 to 30/09/2024. Any online bookings for colour analysis during this time will be completed in the first week of October 2024.

REFUND POLICY: Refunds cannot be issued after purchase. You must submit high quality photos and answer the questionnaire thoughtfully to receive a proper analysis. If this is not done correctly you will be notified to send through further photos/information. Once you have received your analysis refunds cannot be issued.
